Take your Post-Lipo recovery seriously!
Lipo procedures are aggressive methods of reducing fat and can create serious trauma to the body. After Lipo procedures, your body’s tissue accumulates a substantial amount of fluid that can cause serious swelling and pain affecting your abdomen, back, arms, legs, ankles, and more. Post-lipo recovery can take months before you can go back to your normal daily activities, depending on the liposuction work you received. If you do not seek advanced treatment for your post-lipo recovery, you’re at a serious risk of staying in recovery for a much longer period of time.
At Body Kinetics Wellness Las Vegas, we incorporate a variety of Post-Lipo treatments with effective protocols to assist you in a speedy recovery of a month or less. Get back to living your life on your terms rather than spending multiple months stuck in inflammation and pain.

Thank you Christina for the most thorough lymphatic massage ever! You are knowledgeable, professional and passionate in lymphatic drainage massage and genuinely care about the well-being of your clients which is a rare find in this field. My legs & entire body feel miraculously well drained and fully functional. I’ve not felt this comfortable in my own body since the onset of my Lymphedema over a year ago. God bless you and your practice. See ya next time we’re in town.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What can I do before my lipo-procedures?
A: Preparing your body for surgical procedures greatly affects your outcome. Firstly, it is important to keep up your nutritional intake by eating healthy and balanced meals. It is recommended to stop smoking and reduce sugar intake. It is highly recommended to receive Manual Lymph Drainage treatments to help drain out the toxins that reside in your body 1 to 2 weeks before surgery.
Q: What exactly is Post-op Recovery treatment?
A: At Body Kinetics Wellness, Post-op recovery treatment may include part or all of these manual therapies: Manual Lymph Drainage, Scar Tissue Mobilizations, Cupping, Far Infrared Heat Therapy, Radiofrequency, Visceral Manipulations. We also go over post-op nutritions with our clients. We believe that nutrition plays an important role in your post-op recovery. Our goal is to help your post-op healing smoothly and quickly.
Q: How soon do I need Post-op recovery treatment after my surgery?
A: Most of the surgical offices offer some kind of lymphatic massages which brush postoperative fluids out of the body through open incisions. You want to receive as many such massages as you can before leaving the doctor’s office. Afterwards, you may begin your post-op recovery treatment (Vodder method Manual lymph Drainage) as soon as your incisions are closed and sealed.
Q: Doctor only works on my abdominal area. Is 30 minutes Post-op recovery treatment at my abdomen enough for me?
A: The lymphatic system is a unidirectional drainage system of the body that can be damaged by the stress of medical procedures when undergoing Lipo procedures. Fluid retention is commonly presented at the upper or lower extremities near the area of incision.. It is very important to heal your whole body and unclog your Lymphatic system. We suggest 90 minutes full body Post-op Recovery treatment.
Q: Does Post-op Recovery treatment hurt?
A: The treatment is feather touched. However, if you come to us with fresh incisions, you may experience discomfort or pain from an incompletely sealed wound.
